- If you have any questions about the process of in home euthanasia, please call us to discuss
- After you call and schedule an appointment, you can download the required forms below and have them filled out prior to our arrival so you do not have to worry about that on the day of service. You can also return them to us prior to your appointment and take care of the payment arrangements prior to our arrival as well. Many people choose this option as it decreases many people's stress on the day of the service.
- We will arrive at your home and take care of any final paperwork or billing. We will explain the process of the procedure to you. After the procedure is performed we will exit your home and allow you as much time as you need for your final moments.
- If we are taking the remains for cremation, we will re-enter your home when you are ready.
- The cremation remains typically take 1 - 2 weeks to get back. Once we have them in our possession again, we will call you to setup pickup arrangements.
We recommend having the service performed where your pet is most comfortable in your home. Keep in mind they often loose control of their bladder and/or bowels so having surfaces prepared is ideal. You are welcome to have as many family members present as you would like. We encourage you to have your pets favorite treat and/or toy on hand to provide them additional comfort during this time.
Please do let us know if you have any questions about the procedure prior to or during.
We strongly recommend letting any housemates say goodbye after the procedure so that they are not searching for them after the fact.

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....
